5Pretty good considering the price
By BOB
OK, I guess I will just summerize few things about this treadmill that are good.

1) It's easy to set up. it took me about 15 minutes to set everything up and hook up everything.
2) The treadmill is cheap. Granted, it is manual but its good for what its worth.
3) It works great. It glides smoothly, but I was not able to run on it without holding myself to the side rails. Since it is manual, it has no per-determined speed. It glides as fast as your feet move (can't change this).
4) It comes with a little meter that tracks your speed, time, amount you ran, calories burned, etc. This came with batteries so you can try it right away.
5) You should have some extra room in your house in order to run freely without a chance of knocking things down around you. For specific dimensions, look at the product description on this page.
6) The track is nicely built and it glides smoothly all around.
7) On the side of the track are little furry rubber things that are supposed to help you stop safely if you run too fast and feel like you will fall down.
8) There is a weight limit of 220 pounds. I weigh around 180 but I bought this to run every day in order to stay in shape.

That's about everything I can say about this treadmill. I would suggest spending more money on electric treadmill, but if you are poor like me than you should get this one. I hope this helped you make your decision. I can't think of anything else to say about the treadmill.

5Excellent value
By Barbara
At the modest price, I had expected a less-than-sturdy piece of equipment. I was wrong. The treadmill is well built and solid. It works well and I'm very pleased with it.

3Got lubricant ?
By melinda betts
I got the tread mill and was so excited, I had been a walker for many years on the track.
Due to medical reasons I thought I could do my walking inside and without a power tread mill.
I am having a problem with the tightness of the belt. I have to struggle to make the belt move around the cylendars.
plus the handle bars are low, so I have to lean over to hold on to force the belt to move. After walking 15 minutes I
felt as if I had been beating the dirt and dragging my feet in the process. The next day my back and knees were so sore.
Unless I get some kind of lubricant to make the belt move more freely my doctor has advise I not bother with the treadmill.
Walking in the fresh air and focusing on nature will probably be the best for me. Sorry I bought it..anyone want to buy it?
